It is time for the weekly Carnival of Space.  This week’s edition, the 28th one, is being hosted by Emily Lakdawalla over at the Planetary Society Weblog.  As you’d expect, there are a number of links to postings about Comet Holmes.  There have been plenty of other things going on in astronomy and space, though, besides the comet, and there are a number of interesting links to postings about them as well.

For those that don’t know, blog carnivals are postings about some of the more interesting postings of the last week or so around the blogosphere in a certain field.  There are blog carnivals in a number of disciplines.  Naturally, I keep up with the Carnival of Space.  There are often a number of things that show up in these carnivals that are really interesting to me but are in blogs that are not in my RSS reader, so it is a great way to find new things to read that are interesting.  So, if you haven’t already done so, check out this latest Carnival of Space.

If you write a blog and you post something about space or space related topics, then feel free to submit your posting to the next carnival.  Instructions for submitting to the Carnival of Space can be found here.
