I’m finally getting my site running. There is still lots to do. I have a lot of features, buttons, and such that I’d like to add.
Well, I have found a theme that I rather like. I need to do some work on it. It isn’t quite what I want, but it is the closest that I have found. I’ve already done a couple modifications, and I have a lot more to do. Hey, if anyone has suggestions, I would love to hear them!
I plan to try to import some of my posts from the old MSN site. In typical Microsoft fashion, though, they have made it hard to export anything to anything other than other Microsoft products. So, I may have to do that the hard way.
I’m going to be adding some advertisements, too. Really, I am not selling out to commercial interests! Rather, I am paying for this site, so I might as well try to see if there is a way to recoop costs.
Oh, and I am hoping that comments will be easier here than they were over at MSN.

This looks much nicer than your MSN page. Commenting is easier, too. Welcome to your new digs.
I’ll be updating your listing in the Space Blogroll in a few minutes.

Yes, much easier to comment. My 11 year old son and I are glad you are still in cyber-space. He and I are big fans of your interesting posts.

Thanks for the kind words! I am still working trying to get it just right. I will probably always be tweaking it a bit, though, I guess! Yeah, I am going to like this much better than my MSN space!

The new site looks great! Much more visually appealing, and therefore much easier to read, than before.
And yeah, you’ll probably be doing lots of tweaking for. . . well, probably forever. That’s just the nature of maintaining a site.
